The cuisine of Hotel Tenuta San Pietro in Lucca is wisely managed by the young chef Gabrio Dei, that in March 2018 inaugurated the beginning of this experience in Lucca countryside.
Class 1986 and born in Florence, he attended at Hotel School of Montecatini Terme, and then he attended a professional course with the Executive Chef Francesco Bracali.

So he started to lead the brand Casaslurp! And Slurp!, which propose a cuisine with delicate design and touch. In 2016 , while he was Temporary Chef at the restaurant Alex in Marina di Pietrasanta, he participated to S.Pellegrino Young Chef, a prestigious international review which looks for the best talents in the gastronomic sector.

He defines himself an “underground” and “multilingual” chef , who can put together different gastronomic cultures which he experienced during his path. His gastronomic offer plays on the theme of the Chef mood, which gives different tones of taste and colors to his dishes depending on the feelings of the moment. Gabrio Dei will exalt your senses thanks to a cuisine that leaves nothing to chance, from the mise en place to the tasting.
