No deposit will be required at the time of booking, only the credit card details to guarantee the contract signed for the reservation.

REFUNDABLE RATE:

Free Cancellation up to 14 days in advance of arrival date.

A 25% deposit will be required 13 days in advance of arrival date to confirm the booking and this will not be refundable.

A 50% penalty will be charged in case the cancellation happens 7 days in advance of arrival date.

A 100% penalty will be charged for No – Show.

The balance of the reservation will be required upon arrival.

NOT REFUNDABLE RATE:

The payment will be charged upon booking’ s confirmation.

For both reservations policy, in case guests are unable to travel for COVID-19 reasons, based on our hotel availability, we offer:
– a free postponement
– or a Credit Voucher stating a credit with us for a future booking up to the end of season 2022
( Please note that changes to an existing reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences).
